Lifestyle or Sport?

Kneeboarding is something different for everyone. For a few its a lifestyle, for a few its a sport, and unfortunately for many its a hobby or a toy. Lifestyle is defined as a manner of living that reflects the person's values and attitudes. It's that simple.

If you spend your spare time watching kneeboarding videos, thinking about kneeboarding, looking at the weather channel to see if the weather will be good for kneeboarding, cleaning the family's or friend's boat so that they will take you kneeboarding or anything else in your life that reflects kneeboarding. Then kneeboarding is a lifestyle and a passion for you. Now is kneeboarding a sport? Yes, factually it meets all the requirements of being a sport. But I personally like to look at it as a A LOT more of a lifestyle or an art form. A passion. (Had to throw in a name drop).

I think the creators of push process hit the nail on the head when they mentioned the wakeboarding lifestyle. And those words can be said the same for kneeboarding...

"Kneeboarding is a pure form absent from all the politics, when you get back into riding. Its about you and the water."

I'm a kneeboard politician and I couldn't agree more.
