The weather is warm, we just had our first event, and the shredding has already been kicked up to another level.
This last Saturday on May 8th, I traveled down to Lake Placid to ride at the skionee event and hangout with some friends I haven't seen in a while. The riders included myself, Alisa Piper, Mark Ritchart, Hal Lict, Amanda Davis, aswell as others. Its funny how everyone was supposedly rusty because they haven't ridden in so long, and they go out and ride like they've been practicing all week. Special thanks to George and Doris Rohner (everything), Mark Ritchart (juding), Denys Anderson (safety), Ed Sauls (driving) and anyone I may have forgoten that help put the event on.
Later in the day we went on an epic pontoon boat ride adventure with Wesley McDougal, Brooke Grassman, Alisa Piper, Chris Brown, Amanda Davis, Jared Bohlen, and Patrick Kimery.
After I left to go back to Orlando on Sunday, (WHY DID I HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK THAT DAY!!!) I was notified that both Jared and Alisa both stomped some new moves!!! I'm currently not at liberty to expose specifically what they are, only because we want to keep them secret so that there are some surprises when you watch Passion. But I can say that Jared's was a combo that I'm pretty sure has never been done before and Alisa's was a wake move that I believe was a first for the ladies ever. I did not expect so much progression at the very beginning of the season. I think its a sign of good things to come.
(Trip to North Carolina event in 3 days) :) STOKED!!!
